What is Iyengar Yoga? It combines gentleness with strength, stamina, and flexibility. Focus is placed on correct body alignment and balance. Props facilitate movement, comfort and confidence, making Iyengar a style that will enable everyone to participate.

Beginning Yoga helps de-stress and relax the body. Aiding in chronic pain management, it works well for students who need to improve in flexibility, balance and/or strength.

All Levels Yoga is for new and practicing students. The focus on standing poses will help bring elasticity to the body, while developing confidence and equanimity. Some inversions may be introduced in this class.

Meditation gives students the opportunity to focus on the deep interconnection between mind and body, which can be experienced directly by practice in mindfulness.
